A great vendor. We purchased a Toto washlet from them in 2003. This new order was for use while the first Toto was in repair. Because of Out-of-stock status for the Toto, the company called us and recommended an alternative washlet, the BT-1000, at a better price for immediate delivery. It was delivered very quickly and we are quite pleased with the item, using it in our primary bath and putting the repaired Toto in a hall bath. | |

Oh Wow!!! I really love that stuff. I am very happy with my experience. When I couldn't make up my mind on what model I wanted I picked up the phone and called customer service and they went over the benefits of the models I was looking at. Afterwards I found a comparison chart on Sanicare's web site which was very helpful. My order arrived in a matter of days and when I ordered I was promised a discount for ordering thru Google but I didn't receive it. I e-mailed them and it was immediately given to me. I would say the service was great and I've been telling all my friends about how happy I am with my experience. | |
