What is a Non-Electric Bidet?
A non-electric bidet or non-electrical bidet is simply a mechanical bidet. They are sometimes referred to as standard bidets or insert bidets. It is a bidet that attaches or goes underneath your existing toilet seat and lid. It is very economical compare to electronic bidets. Although most non-electric bidets only offer natural (cold) water, it can still do it's job - to clean your butt - for less! Examples of this cold water non-electric bidet are the Renaissance 500 and Renaissance 600.
There are some non-electric bidets that replaces your existing toilet lid/seat (like a full seat bidet). Examples of this bidet is the Renaissance 700.
Most of these bidets require a sink near your toilet to hook up the cold water line or hot water line underneath it.
